Absolute Worst! Honestly if I could leave a review with 0 or negative stars I would. Our heat went out on New Year’s Eve... 4 days ago. My boyfriend immediately contacted our heating company who sent out a tech the same night... well morning at 2 am. He replaced a part on the heater and when it still wasn’t working notified us that we would need to contact a plumber. My boyfriend spent the next day going over the boiler from top to bottom and got it “working” but the hot water would only get to a certain point. He called it quits after it refused to work further and contacted T.Webber. We ran into a snag because our landlord is on vacation but once he contacted them to give permission for the work to be done, we we’re given an appointment on Tuesday for Wednesday from 12-4. We were told this was due to emergencies in the queue... okay, understood, first come first serve, right? Wrong! I took Wednesday off and at about 3:30-4:00, my boyfriend gets a call that they have to “reschedule” due to “emergencies” popping up... We haven’t had heat since Sunday and the highest temp has been about 15 degrees, but we’re not an emergency?!?! The dispatchers response was “oh, we weren’t aware of that.” My boyfriend informed them we would take the appointment for the following day and made it very, very clear it IS AN EMERGENCY. Guess what, Thursday 10, 11, and finally 12 rolls around and our appointment was set between 10 and 2 and we get another phone call. Not that they were on their way but TO RESCHEDULE! Enough is enough, time off isn’t free for either of our employers, it’s time earned for both of us, it’s time that our work doesn’t get done and time we have set aside to meet with you. I understand that it’s snowing and that the roads aren’t great, but your job is to respond to emergencies where people don’t have heat or water, especially in this cold. If you came out when you said you would, the snow would have had no bearing the second day, and the fact that you rescheduled us already means you should have been here at 10, or a little after when things weren’t nearly as bad. I have never experienced a company that has such poor customer service, and general incompetence for “emergencies” reported on a first come, first serve basis. No apology can fix the damage this company has done to their reputation in my eyes and I will make sure that everyone I know is made aware of this. Something for you to remember is this little tidbit: On average, a happy customer tells 3 people they know about their good experience, for a bad experience, an unhappy customer tells 9 people ... 3 times as many people for a larger impact. If you have an emergency, look elsewhere, you won’t find a good result here.
